This policy explains how Squixellkhon handles returns, refunds, and statutory withdrawal for Temvi products sold through our channels.
Region and eligibility
Returns and withdrawal rights described here follow Norwegian and EEA consumer rules as they apply to distance sales from our business in Norway. If you order from outside the EEA, different rules may apply; we explain what applies in your confirmation or reply.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. The period runs from the day you receive the goods. Exceptions apply when health protection or hygiene requires sealed goods that have been opened after delivery; food supplements may fall under such rules when unsealed.
Condition of goods
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We may reduce the refund if the value has diminished beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
How to request a return
Contact us using the addresses in the site footer with your order reference and reason. We will confirm the return address and instructions. Do not return goods without prior confirmation when required.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method where possible, within fourteen days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of shipment, whichever is earlier.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, notify us promptly with photos if helpful. We will arrange replacement or refund according to consumer law.
Return shipping
Unless we delivered incorrectly or the item is faulty, you may need to cover direct return costs as stated at purchase.
